Breathing Space is located in Fayetteville, North Carolina on Raeford Road in the beautiful Historic area of Haymount. With an emphasis on awareness of mind, body, spirit, Breathing Space creates an environment of peace and healing offering Yoga, Chiropractic, Massage Therapy, Meditation and Spa Services.

With over 10 years of experience, this atmosphere enables me to continue to build the foundation of my services which are based on the principles of integrity, compassion, wisdom, healing, presence
and gratitude. As a licensed Aesthetician and licensed Massage Therapist, I rely on those principles to provide modalities to treat the skin, calm the mind and touch the soul.
